Environmental Review Report
The East Windsor Cogeneration Centre (EWCC) is subject to Environmental Assessment (EA) requirements pursuant to Ontario Regulation 116/01 for Electricity Projects under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act (Government of Ontario 2001). As part of the EA process, the project proponents have prepared an Environmental Review Report (ERR) that documents the design and operating details of the project, its interactions with the environment during construction and operation, and proposed mitigation measures designed to obviate or fully mitigate potential environmental effects.
