Jeffry M. Myers
Chairman, President & CEO, Pristine Power Inc.
Mr. Myers is a founder of Pristine and has served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pristine and the Predecessor Company since 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in all functional areas of the downstream natural gas and power business. Mr. Myers joined Union Gas in 1980, progressing through a number of operational roles, before working in natural gas pipeline and storage business development. In 1990, Mr. Myers left Union Gas to lead all Canadian development activities for Nordic Power, a start-up independent power company. In 1994, Mr. Myers joined Westcoast Energy Inc. and was involved in pipeline and power project business development until 1999 when he assumed leadership of the business unit responsible for Westcoast Power, the independent power operating affiliate of Westcoast Energy. Following the acquisition of Westcoast Energy in March 2002, Mr. Myers was retained by Duke Energy to manage the sale of Westcoast Power's remaining interests and to wind-up the organization. Mr. Myers is a director of Tonbridge Power Inc., a developer of transmission lines.
Mr. Myers holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Harvie E. Campbell
Executive Vice-President, Strategy & Development
Mr. Campbell is a founder of Pristine and has served as Executive Vice President and a Director of Pristine since 2002. Having spent over 25 years in the energy business, he has extensive experience in project development and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Campbell joined Westcoast Energy in 1984 as a financial analyst and economist, assuming successively more senior roles in planning, development and financial analysis before joining Westcoast Power in 1992. In 2001, Mr. Campbell was appointed Vice President, Business Development and played a lead role in the development of a number of power and international infrastructure projects including the Taylor NGL project, the Fort Nelson Transmission Project, the McMahon, Lake Superior Power, Whitby, Puncakjaya, Island Cogeneration and Frederickson Power Projects. Mr. Campbell is a director and past president of the Independent Power Producers Association of B.C.
Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
J. Ross MacLachlan
President & CEO, Lignol Energy Corp.

Mr. MacLachlan has enjoyed a successful 30 years in technology commercialization and business development. Mr. MacLachlan has worked with companies in both the conventional and alternative energy sectors. He is currently President and CEO of Lignol Energy Corp., a leading alternative energy company, specializing in cellulosic ethanol. Mr. MacLachlan also has a successful track record in technology development and marketing, having worked successfully with Xerox Canada and Systems Auditing, a company which he founded. Mr. MacLachlan also was previously employed by Haywood Securities Inc. He serves as a director of BIOTECanada and is active with several subcommittees for industrial biotechnology with both BIOTECanada and the International Bio Industry Association. Mr. MacLachlan is actively involved with industry roundtables for the BC Premier's Technology Council and the BC Renewable Fuel Standard initiative.
Robert S. McLeese
President, Access Capital Corp.

Mr. McLeese is the founder and President of Access Capital Corp., a Toronto-based financial advisory firm specializing in the independent power industry. Through Access, Mr. McLeese provides advice to buyers and sellers of alternative energy projects and companies and has provided project reviews and rating services for lenders, owners and utilities ranging from 5MW to 900 MW. Mr. McLeese is President and Chief Executive Officer of American Consumer Industries Inc., which owns four and operates three power projects in the U.S. Mr. McLeese is also a former President of the Independent Power Producers’ Society of Ontario and is currently Director and Treasurer of the Association of Power Producers for Ontario. He sits on the Executive Committee of Stakeholders’ Alliance for Electricity Competition and Customer Choice and is former Chairman of the Toronto Board of Trade Electricity Task Force. Mr. McLeese is a Director of Creststreet Power and Income Fund LP, which has developed two wind projects in Quebec and Nova Scotia. He is also a Director and Treasurer of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund.
Mr. McLeese is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from McMaster University.
Arthur H. Willms
Independent Businessman

Mr. Willms has several years experience in the energy business. Mr. Willms spent 29 years with Westcoast Energy, the last nine years of which he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has sat on numerous corporate and public boards. Currently, Mr. Willms is on the boards of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals Inc. (and is a Chair of the Audit Committee), Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., Vice Chair of B.C. Lotteries Corporation, 2010 Olympic Games Operating Trust and Chair of the Vancouver Symphony Society.
Mr. Willms holds a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.A. in Economics. Prior to entering the energy industry he spent several years teaching public school and later lecturing in economics at university.
Toby Austin
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Austin serves as Vice President and General Counsel and joined Pristine in 2009. He has over 23 years experience as a transactional lawyer and executive in the electricity, oil and gas and banking industries. Most recently he was President and Restructuring Officer of Calpine Canada, leading it through its successful $5bn restructuring efforts from 2005 to 2008. He was also President of Calpine Canada Power Income Fund from 2004 until the sale of the Fund to private equity investors in 2007. Mr. Austin joined Calpine in 2002 as Managing Counsel responsible for legal affairs for Calpine’s Canadian operations and has previously served as legal counsel with TransAlta Energy Corporation in Calgary, Syncrude Canada in Fort McMurray and Standard Chartered Bank in the United Kingdom. He started his career with MacLeod Dixon as a securities lawyer in Calgary in 1986.
Mr. Austin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary and a Masters of Law from the University of Cambridge, England.
